Grace Coates

Grace grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and studied neuroscience at Rhodes College. She is gaining clinical hours in preparation for a nursing program to become a nurse practitioner specializing in neuroendocrinology and supporting individuals with disabilities. Grace enjoys volleyball, pickleball, baking, painting, photography, coffee, and cooking. She will work at Memphis Urology, be mentored by Antoinette Good, and live with the Ford family.

 

Allison Jackson

Allison grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and studied Biobehavioral Nutrition and Wellness at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After the program, she hopes to work in nutrition, exercise science, or nutrition education. She enjoys singing, hiking, soccer, and running. Allison will work at 2PC Recreation and the Alcy Ball Development Corporation, be mentored by Danielle Miles, and live with the Lankford family.

 

Lauren Miley

Lauren Miley grew up in Dix, Illinois, and studied Molecular Biology at Cedarville University. She plans to pursue a PhD in Cancer Biology. Lauren enjoys music, painting, collaging, street tacos, playing the violin, and the outdoors, and is passionate about working with adults and children with disabilities. Please pray the Lord provides a research position for her. In the meantime, she will volunteer with Dr. Pfeffer at UT. Lauren will be mentored by Alissa Heirig and live with the Hurst family.

 

Hannah Weber

Hannah grew up in Champlin, Minnesota, and attended Bethel University where she studied Education and Special Education. Hannah enjoys playing violin, swimming, being outside, and trying new foods. She is excited to grow deeper in her faith, serve others, and meet new people! Hannah will work in 2PC’s Children’s Ministry, be mentored by Kacey Cummins, and live with the Plosser family.

 

KenTonya Cox

KenTonya grew up in Poplar Grove, Arkansas and attended Arkansas State University where she studied mathematics. KenTonya aspires to help others in their faith, travel the world, and earn a master’s degree (potentially in education, data analysis, or coding). She loves trying new foods, crocheting, and knitting. KenTonya will work at Barnhart Crane and Riggings, be mentored by Shelley Hill, and live with the Blackmon family.

 

Meg MaGaha

Meg grew up in Horn Lake, Mississippi and attended Union University where she studied worship leadership. She would like to pursue a career in counseling and is also interested in working with children. She loves painting, crocheting, thrifting, reading, and watching movies. Meg will work with the Rea Family and be mentored by Katie West. She will live with the Wepfer family (for six weeks) and then live with the Amido family.

 

Macy Tidmore

Macy grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and studied art history with a concentration in museum studies at Rhodes College. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, reading, painting, and sewing. Pray the Lord provides a job centered around law, serving in the nonprofit sector, or a different field. In the meantime, she is volunteering short-term for Art for Jobs and Advance Memphis for a month. Macy will be mentored by Susan Warner and live with the Gresham family.
